Loosing weight and gaining lean muscles is the overall goal of following any program. Everyone has specific needs and goals, but all must follow some basic principles of gaining top fitness levels.   These include, doing heavy weightlifting exercises in the gym, eating fast muscle building nutrition and proteins, drinking sufficient water, and taking plenty of rest and sleep. Following these general rules will help to build your muscle mass quickly and you will realize a great body and overall fitness like you have never experienced before!
