Removing Clutter in Your Life and Weight Loss

There is a direct correlation between losing weight and removing the clutter in your life. Our lives are made up of different parts. Some of these parts include our mental life, recreational life, work life, family life, spiritual life, relationship life, and our physical life (which is our physical fitness part of our lives). Each part does have an impact on the other parts. Clutter signifies disorganization and loss of control. Clutter also is a source of negative energy that takes away positive energy from our lives. Removing clutter will simplify our lives. It is conducive to removing the fat in our lives. When we simplify our lives, there is a strong tendency that we will also lose weight and be more physically fit.
Try to get rid of clothes or stuff that has been around for years. Now, you want to keep those skinny jeans (or any other skinny clothes) as a motivation tool for you to lose weight and be physically fit. But, if you have stacks of clothes that you have not worn for over a decade, then you can donate those clothes to Goodwill or some other organization. Not only will you make room in your closet, but you can get a tax deduction for your donation. At this point, you do not want to fill those extra spaces in your closet with more clothes that you are going to buy. You want to simplify your life. Do not just move stuff from your closet into your garage. Move that stuff out of the house and out of your life. After clearing your closet and other parts of your house of stuff, you will feel a sense of rebirth. That feeling is conducive to getting back on track for you to lose weight.
Another part of our lives that can be simplified are task that we are supposed to do. Tasks could include purging your office files, giving your dog a bath, cleaning the bathroom, and other tasks. Those unfulfilled tasks and jobs are a negative source of energy that can sap the energy out of you. It can make you feel overwhelmed and indulged with tasks that you should be doing but have not been doing. Make a list and simply go through that list to what has to be done. There are some tasks that can be done later such as (maybe) painting the house, etc. Finish a task and cross them off your list. There is a tremendous sense of power and accomplishment when you cross a task from a list. You are simplifying and empowering your life.
Remove clutter of clothing, stuff, and tasks from your life. You will get on the path to being physically fit by doing it. Why does this work? You do not have to know exactly why a car works in order to drive. The same is true with removing clutter in your life and weight loss.
