Include songs that pump you up - whether it be rock and roll, R & B, or hip hop. Look for songs with a beats per minute (BPM) of between 120-145, depending on what activity you are doing.

If all you are thinking about is how tired you are getting or how much you want to quit, bringing your workout to a conclusion will be all but impossible. You need to change your focus to things you can control, such as deep breathing, taking long strides, or keeping your abs tight. Of course, if you feel dizzy or fatigued, stop immediately.
